Individual sessions are each $175 USD.
Payments can be made by card, check and insurance. We will discuss how to process said payment at the end of your consultation.
If you need to change the card you save on file, adjustments should be made in the client portal before your next appointment is scheduled.

After your first appointment, it is recommended to rebook in advance and make adjustments as required closer to your upcoming appointments.

Clear communication is essential for effective therapy. For this reason, I work with preteens (10+), teens and adults up to the age of 65.

I pull from different therapeutic methods to tailor treatment specific to client needs. Within my approach, I pay particular attention to clients’ identities, histories, and strengths to promote empowerment and motivation to make meaningful decisions in the present.
Our alliance as client and therapist is one of the biggest factors in meaningful therapy. We are on the same team. As such, I aim to work with you as a collaborator and meet you where you are and on your own terms.
I do not have all the answers, but together we can establish important insights and explore how your experiences impact your sense of self. We will look at solutions for resolving internal conflict, including identifying your emotions, incorporating adaptive techniques, and creating a sense of meaning.
Healing is a continuous process and recovery takes time for measurable, long-term results. Remember to have patience with yourself. In between sessions take care of your self to the best of you ability. Be your own advocate.
